Q3 real estate sales report: Southchase

Median prices declined in Southchase over last year, and are up 38.6 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to third quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From July to September, 21 homes sold in Southchase for a median price of $253,000. That's 6.9 percent lower than median home sale prices for the third quarter of 2017.
